Those who are not members of Good Shepherd must submit this school application form prior to other school registration forms.

You may print these, fill them out, and turn them in to the church/school office.

There is no tuition charge. Please read the  Letter to Parents regarding school fees. There is a 3% discount on the fees for those who pay in full before next school year begins. The discount can be taken out of the fees or applied to hot lunch for the upcoming year.
